**What you will do in this role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware (e.g., card readers) and software issues.
- Guide customers through the setup and usage of mPOS systems.
- Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers’ inquiries Contribute to creating brand engagement for our clients
**Your qualifications**

- Have a high level of Italian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- Have familiarity/aptitude with smart electronic devices
- Have proficient PC skills
- Have excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms)
