About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our business in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive business growth and expansion in Italy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, clients, and industry partners
  • Lead a team of underwriters and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results
  • Manage and oversee the underwriting process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management on business performance and trends

  • Proven track record of success in business development and leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of the Italian market and regulatory environment
