Job Title: Business Development Manager Italy

At Loxone, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and building new business opportunities in the field of home and building automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze potential projects to develop effective sales strategies
  • Develop and elaborate joint strategies with customers to meet their specific needs
  • Create compelling presentations and proposals for construction projects, negotiate contracts and conditions
  • Organize and conduct product presentations and workshops with customers
  • Provide intensive support and supervision to existing projects
  • Manage relationships with customers and identify future joint project opportunities
Requirements:
  • Completed education in electrical, energy, or automation engineering, mechatronics, or business informatics/engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in business development, account management, or sales management
  • Persistence, high consulting competence, and strong communication skills
  • Innovative, agile, and sales-oriented personality with a hands-on approach
  • Fluency in Italian and excellent English skills
