Business Development Manager Italy

At Loxone, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and building new business opportunities in the field of home and building automation.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and analyze potential projects to develop effective sales strategies
- Develop and elaborate joint strategies with customers to meet their specific needs
- Create compelling presentations and proposals for construction projects, negotiate contracts and conditions
- Organize and conduct product presentations and workshops with customers
- Provide intensive support and supervision to existing projects
- Manage relationships with customers and identify future joint project opportunities
- Completed education in electrical, energy, or automation engineering, mechatronics, or business informatics/engineering
- Several years of professional experience in business development, account management, or sales management
- Persistence, high consulting competence, and strong communication skills
- Innovative, agile, and sales-oriented personality with a hands-on approach
- Fluency in Italian and excellent English skills
