We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Off Trade and E-commerce Channels team. As Head of Off Trade and E-commerce Channels, you will be responsible for setting strategies, establishing partnerships, and leading a team to deliver business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement channel strategies to achieve net sales volume, gross profit, and distribution objectives
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Key Account Managers and Channel Assistants
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to define long-term channel strategies and annual plans
- Manage key national accounts and negotiate with customers
- Develop and implement customer plans to achieve best-in-class promotional activity
- Lead the preparation and development of commercial plans for assigned channels
- Provide insights and foresights about customers and competitors
- Build and lead an engaged and motivated team, develop talent, and grow skills and capabilities
- At least 5 years of experience as a Key National Account in a leading FMCG company with a proven track record in customer and P&L management
- Proven leadership of high-performing teams, leading, motivating, and guiding change and innovation in a large geographic area
- Strong knowledge of the Italian off-trade and e-commerce channels
- Good understanding and application of various RGM levers
- Communication with impact: fluent Italian and solid English are required
- Knowledge of Finance, Trade Marketing, and business processes
- Spirits industry experience is welcome
- IT literate (MS Office applications)
