La nostra azienda, Manpowergroup, è alla ricerca di un Junior Key Account Specialist per il nostro team di vendita. Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile di sviluppare e mantenere relazioni con i nostri clienti chiave, identificando nuove opportunità di crescita e migliorando la nostra presenza nel mercato.
Compiti Principali- Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni con i nostri clienti chiave;
- Identificare nuove opportunità di crescita e migliorare la nostra presenza nel mercato;
- Creare e presentare proposte di valore ai nostri clienti;
- Collaborare con il team di vendita per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita;
- Partecipare a riunioni di business review per discutere lo stato attuale del mercato e pianificare le strategie future.
- Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria, Lingue, Comunicazione o Marketing;
- Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in posizioni analoghe, preferibilmente maturata all'interno di contesti retail food;
- Portafoglio clienti consolidato;
- Otte doti organizzative, progettualità e forte orientamento al risultato;
- Elevato standing e capacità relazionali/comunicative;
- Dinamicità e flessibilità;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese e del pacchetto Office (principalmente Power Point ed Excel).
Inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato. Disponibilità mezzo aziendale uso promiscuo. RAL k ) + auto aziendale + premi al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
