La nostra azienda, Manpowergroup, è alla ricerca di un Junior Key Account Specialist per il nostro team di vendita. Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile di sviluppare e mantenere relazioni con i nostri clienti chiave, identificando nuove opportunità di crescita e migliorando la nostra presenza nel mercato.

Compiti Principali
  • Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni con i nostri clienti chiave;
  • Identificare nuove opportunità di crescita e migliorare la nostra presenza nel mercato;
  • Creare e presentare proposte di valore ai nostri clienti;
  • Collaborare con il team di vendita per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita;
  • Partecipare a riunioni di business review per discutere lo stato attuale del mercato e pianificare le strategie future.
Requisiti
  • Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria, Lingue, Comunicazione o Marketing;
  • Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in posizioni analoghe, preferibilmente maturata all'interno di contesti retail food;
  • Portafoglio clienti consolidato;
  • Otte doti organizzative, progettualità e forte orientamento al risultato;
  • Elevato standing e capacità relazionali/comunicative;
  • Dinamicità e flessibilità;
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese e del pacchetto Office (principalmente Power Point ed Excel).
Modalità di Assunzione

Inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato. Disponibilità mezzo aziendale uso promiscuo. RAL k ) + auto aziendale + premi al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
