Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage department, delivering exceptional guest service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the effective management of the food and beverage department, ensuring seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, comfort, and loyalty, responding promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Lead the food and beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance, and ensuring that team members are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor and control costs, inventory, and productivity, ensuring that departmental targets are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Drive departmental programs that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Excellent supervisory and managerial skills, with a hands-on approach and a lead-by-example work style.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and driving business growth.
  • Ability to find creative solutions, with proven problem-solving capabilities and a willingness to support colleagues as needed.
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that demands excellence, time, and energy.
  • Experience working with IT systems on various platforms, with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
