Restaurant Manager Job Description

Adecco Italia is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at an iconic restaurant in Portanuova. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Inspire a Dedicated Team: Motivate and mentor a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
  • Ensure Smooth Operations: Manage reservations, optimize table turnover, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Monitor Inventory and Control Costs: Optimize restaurant performance, monitor inventory, and control costs to ensure profitability.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Handle Guest Feedback: Resolve issues with tact and professionalism, and take proactive measures to identify opportunities for expansion.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end dining establishment.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business Acumen: Solid understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and customer service.
  • Language Skills: Italian and English knowledge is mandatory; other languages are a plus.
