Job Summary
As an Executive Director at Page Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, customer satisfaction, efficiency, and innovation through digital transformation, risk management, team development, strategic partnerships, and effective brand and marketing strategies. You will oversee special projects and strategic initiatives related to business development.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute successful business growth strategies, focusing on profitability and market expansion.
• Innovate and introduce new products, particularly in the insurance sector, leveraging digital channels for market expansion.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to build and strengthen the brand presence locally and nationally.
• Manage risks in the insurance business, ensuring protection of the company and its clients.
• Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Build and nurture high-performing teams, demonstrating leadership skills and a track record of team development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt to changing market conditions, investing in research and development and exploring new insurance models, including collaboration with technology firms for innovative solutions.
