About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Guccio Gucci S.p.A. as a Senior Collection Development Specialist, responsible for overseeing the MRTW collection product development processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the Design Office in Milan and the RTW Department in Novara, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the Design Office to receive inputs and sketches for new collection development, bringing a deep technical perspective to the creation of products.
  • Anticipate potential issues in collection development and strive for innovative solutions.
  • Liaise daily with the Novara RTW Product Development and Pattern Making Department, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Attend fitting meetings to ensure quality control and product excellence.

Requirements

  • Extensive post-qualification experience (at least 10 years) in a similar role, with a deep understanding of RTW collection development in luxury companies.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and pay close attention to details.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
