About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Operations Associate to join our team at Kia Italy in Milan, Italy. As a Field Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Field team by providing accurate and timely information on sales performance, stock levels, and pipeline status.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update recurring reports with accuracy and precision, meeting deadlines
  • Design ad-hoc analysis at dealer level to evaluate specific situations and support company decision-making processes
  • Support Field team by providing analysis and insights to Zone Managers, aligning with company focus
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to evaluate Field team needs
  • Provide weekly updates on promotion, logistics, and supply information to Field team
  • Support weekly forecast process, coordinating with involved actors and ensuring timely completion
  • Collaborate with Business Planning team to improve information quality
  • Design dealer targets to maximize network performance
  • Improve support tools, with a focus on Tableau developments
Requirements
  • University degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and/or knowledge of the automotive sector (considered a plus)
  • Fluent English and Italian
  • Professional use of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively
  • Knowledge and use of Tableau and Alteryx (considered a plus)
