Position Overview

The Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in engaging with clients and facilitating their needs through various communication channels, including telephone, email, text, and chat. This position is essential for managing a range of pre-sales and post-sales service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and generate necessary documentation related to product returns, servicing, and exchanges.
  • Maintain and update databases to reflect the status of returned items and manage inventory related to returns.
  • Document and report on the progress of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery timelines.
  • Organize service information by sorting and filing relevant documents and forms.
  • Coordinate field service repair appointments as needed.
  • Handle requests for additional company materials and maintain comprehensive records of returns, schedule modifications, product updates, and pricing adjustments.
  • Resolve issues related to return credits efficiently.

This role requires a solid understanding of customer service principles and practices, with the ability to tackle moderately complex tasks. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience and demonstrate sound judgment in problem-solving and decision-making.
