Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Tn Italy. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth in our boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship & Portfolio Development:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and develop client loyalty through personalized service and tailored solutions.
    • Efficiently develop and manage client portfolios to drive sales growth and revenue.
    • Execute targeted CRM actions to enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Daily Boutique Operations:
    • Respect and adhere to all brand and boutique policies and procedures to ensure a seamless client experience.
    • Participate in inventory management and visual merchandising to maintain a visually appealing boutique environment.
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as requested by management.
  • Sales Achievements:
    • Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during sales interactions.
    • Mastery of the sales process, including welcome, discovery, convincing, closing, and developing client relationships.
    • Adapt to client needs and motivations to drive sales growth and revenue.
    • Strive to continuously improve and surprise clients with exceptional service and tailored solutions.
    • Effectively handle negotiations and objections to drive sales growth and revenue.
    • Transmit the passion and values of Tn Italy to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Requirements:
    • Previous experience in the hospitality sector or luxury retail.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Strong attention to detail and customer needs to deliver exceptional client experiences.
    • Team-player approach to collaborate with colleagues and drive sales growth and revenue.
    • Fluency in English and Italian to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
