About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our dynamic team at POMELLATO EUROPA S.P.A. in Milan - Via Montenapoleone.

Your Opportunity

As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and identifying customer needs to provide exceptional service. You will act as a brand ambassador, develop and recruit clients, and promote the values and philosophy of our luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relations and identify customer needs to ensure excellent service.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and develop and recruit clients.
  • Spread the values and philosophy of our luxury brand.
  • Maximize sales and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service-focused environment.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • Genuine passion for luxury and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and customer orientation.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and positive attitude.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
