Role Overview:
We are looking for a Lead Technical Architect who will be instrumental in guiding technical teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and achieving successful project delivery.
As a Lead Technical Architect, your responsibilities will include:
Analyzing project requirements, designing technology solutions, and establishing timelines for the team. Collaborating with colleagues, management, and clients to uphold project quality standards. Monitoring systems to align with user needs and business objectives. Providing technical mentorship and support to team members. Overseeing project components, including conducting thorough code evaluations. Assisting in the resolution of technical challenges as they arise. Ensuring adherence to established architecture and infrastructure. Addressing technical inquiries, suggestions, and concerns. Staying updated on industry trends and advancements.Required Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in a Technical Lead or IT Architect capacity. Practical experience in software development and system management. A solid understanding of strategic IT solutions. Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA). Proficiency in JavaScript and Java. Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases, including vector databases. Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as Azure. Exceptional communication abilities.
