Descrizione del Lavoro

Russotti Gestioni Hotels S.p.A. è alla ricerca di un Guest Service Agent per svolgere un ruolo chiave nel plasmare le esperienze degli ospiti presso il nostro hotel. In qualità di Guest Service Agent, si avrà la responsabilità di garantire il massimo livello di personalizzazione, eccellenza del servizio e mantenimento di un'immagine professionale in ogni momento.

Compiti Principali
  1. Accogliere gli ospiti nelle aree comuni e nei ristoranti;
  2. Accogliere con professionalità i clienti, garantendo che le loro esigenze e richieste siano soddisfatte;
  3. Collaborare con il Guest Experience Team ed altri dipartimenti nella gestione dei servizi per gli ospiti;
  4. Gestire il portale GXP, piattaforma Guest Experience;
  5. Gestire i conti e le procedure fiscali/finanziarie per la cassa di F&B durante il turno;
  6. Gestire l'inserimento dati dei profili dei clienti nel sistema Opera;
  7. Presentare i servizi alberghieri e creare opportunità di cross-selling e upselling nei diversi dipartimenti.
Requisiti
  1. Ottime capacità di comunicazione e approccio orientato agli ospiti;
  2. Forte lavoro di squadra e capacità di risolvere i problemi;
  3. Grande empatia verso gli ospiti, con l'obiettivo di fornire assistenza di eccellenza, gestire le relazioni e rispondere alle esigenze e alle richieste di ogni ospite.
Qualifiche Aggiuntive
  1. Esperienza preferibile in Front Office e/o Guest Relations, maturata in strutture di brand internazionali a 4/5 stelle;
  2. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  3. Attenzione ai dettagli;
  4. Otte capacità organizzative e orientamento al risultato;
  5. Approccio orientato al rispetto degli standard del brand Marriott;
  6. Conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera;
  7. Familiarità con i sistemi operativi Simphony e Opera.
