As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with Selling Partners, driving business growth, and improving the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help Selling Partners recognize further potential and grow their businesses internationally, leveraging Amazon to expand their product selection.
  • Manage a portfolio of Selling Partners, assist them with setup, and help them understand Amazon's services and tools.
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators for your Selling Partner portfolio, providing analysis into root causes for performance improvements.
  • Obtain ongoing Selling Partner feedback to assess performance against objectives and drive seller satisfaction with Amazon.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses (preferred).
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level (preferred).
