About the Role:
Gauzy Ltd., a world-leading material science company, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead projects with top partners in the industry of windows and partitions glazing, and to create new leads and business opportunities in the office design industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for existing customers in Italy, France, and Portugal.
- Work closely together with the partner network in the area, both Retrofit and Glass Processors.
- Follow-up Leads.
- Find new opportunities, especially complete LCG (glass) projects.
- Business development.
- Keeping Salesforce up-to-date for the market area.
- Ensure that all customer orders are following procedure.
- Liaise with European team members, the technical department, project management, and marketing.
- International travel will be required.
Requirements:
- Two years of experience in managing large office development projects in the office design industry.
- Experience in sales.
- BSc or MSc in interior design/architecture or a similar degree or certification from a previous workplace indicates significant field experience.
- Proficient in English, Italian, French.
- Experience in the commercial partitions industry.
- Some experience in the Smart Glass Industry.
- Deep understanding of the office design industry and motivation to acquire new leads in that industry and different industries.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision to produce great results with high ROI.
- You can work under pressure, be self-driven, be flexible, and be a fast learner.
- Ability to present projects on C-Level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills are required.
