Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job Type: Part-time

Work Schedule: Fixed Schedule, 20 hours/week, 4 hours/day, Monday-Friday, 10 AM-2 PM PST

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Personal Assistant to support a single professional on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proficiency in calendar management, and strong research skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain an evolving calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Arrange personal and professional travel, including booking flights and accommodations
  • Conduct research on various professional and personal topics as needed
  • Analyze and compare data using spreadsheets, presenting findings in a clear, concise manner
  • Handle occasional phone calls for appointment scheduling or information gathering
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as they arise

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools
  • Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information effectively
  • Competency in spreadsheet software for data comparison and basic analysis
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Discretion in handling both personal and professional information
