Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

At Alpitronic, we are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering engaging and effective learning programs that drive business results.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess training needs and develop targeted learning solutions that meet the organization's goals.
  • Design and develop innovative learning programs using a variety of modalities and approaches, including classroom training, online learning, and coaching.
  • Deliver high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
  • Create and update training systems and supporting materials to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Partner with external vendors and experts to enhance the breadth and depth of our training offering.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Manage reimbursement processes and funding applications to ensure timely and efficient delivery of training programs.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Work Psychology, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Previous professional experience in Personnel Development, L&D, or a similar role.
  • Creativity and project management skills to design and deliver effective learning programs.
  • Familiarity with training design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage and motivate learners.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization.
  • Knowledge of English, Italian, and German languages.
