Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and driven HR Administration Manager to support our team members throughout their journey with us. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting onboarding, offboarding, and performance review changes, managing labor contracts, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Team Members: Provide administrative support to team members, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance review changes.
  • Manage Labor Contracts: Manage labor contracts for team members based in Italy and abroad, and assist with visa and documentation requirements.
  • Employee Welfare: Work with the People Operations team to manage and improve employee welfare and benefits policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding health and safety at work.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for extraordinary operations and ad hoc projects.

  • Reasoning Ability: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
