Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Global Partnerships Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing traditional donor portfolios, leading resource mobilization strategies, and developing partnerships with governments, UN agencies, and donors. They will also work closely with our internal teams to ensure effective resource mobilization for our school feeding initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Advanced degree in Political Science, International Development, Law, Marketing communications or relevant field;
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in International Development or International Relations;
- Strong relationship/partner management skills and experience in resource mobilization;
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written outputs, including proposal writing and analytical skills;
- Knowledge of financing for development and ability to develop and maintain networks with various stakeholders;
- Fluency in English (level C) and intermediate knowledge of a second UN language.
