Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and advertising our products and services to healthcare professionals and organizations, with the goal of increasing awareness and use of our pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote and advertise our products and services to healthcare professionals and organizations.
  • Manage and maintain accounts of strategic clients, providing assistance and support as needed.
  • Resolve customer complaints and handle enquiries and interests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the Marketing Department by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and delivery schedules.
  • Provide inputs into budget planning, promotion target forecasting, and marketing procedures as required.
  • Ensure the prompt transmission of relevant information from healthcare professionals to the Marketing, Medical Affairs, or Clinical Research Departments.
  • Ensure the prompt reporting of adverse events to the Pharmacovigilance Department in accordance with company procedures.
  • Stay in constant communication with team members to gather information on doctor's activities and effective territory planning.
  • Capture new opportunities, special developments, and products, collect information and feedback through field activity, and coordinate with the proper staff of the company.

Requirements

  • Degree in Life Sciences or an associated area.
  • Good English knowledge.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
  • Strong understanding of the Region's customer and market dynamics and requirements.
