Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Procurement Expert to join our dynamic team in Rome, Italy. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a crucial role in implementing integrated procurement strategies that support the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement cost-saving procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Maintain accurate records of procurement costs, ensuring precision and up-to-date information.
  3. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures across departments.
  4. Monitor and report on key procurement metrics to drive process improvements and optimize buying activities.
  5. Provide expert guidance and support to departments in adhering to correct procurement flow.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, 1+ years of experience in administration, finance, or procurement.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and market understanding.
  • Fluent English language proficiency (spoken and written), Italian language knowledge a plus.
