Job Summary

We are seeking an M&A Project Manager to support the VP M&A in the execution of the Group's M&A strategy, working closely with the Group's Business and Functional leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Analysis and Modeling

Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and support the evaluation of potential investment opportunities through data analytics.

Deal Documentation

Draft deal documentation such as proposals, memoranda, and management presentations.

Due Diligence

Support execution of due diligence processes (e.g., data room documentation, coordinate Q&As processes and expert sessions, preparation of management presentations, etc.).

Investment Case Preparation

Prepare high-quality presentation materials/documents to summarize investment cases and business plans to support decision-making.

Transaction Negotiation

Support the negotiation process of transaction documents (e.g., Sale and Purchase Agreement, Transition Service Agreements).

Market Research

Conduct market research and analysis on market trends as required.

Post-Merger Integration

Project-manage the development of comprehensive post-merger integration plans in alignment with key stakeholders.

Integration Implementation

Coordinate and project-manage the implementation of integration plans and provide regular reports to senior management on integration status and progress against agreed KPIs.

Synergy Tracking

Track the implementation of synergies and flag issues, concerns, and questions arising from interaction with stakeholders.

Requirements

  1. Education

Degree in business administration with specialization in finance or a university degree in another subject with an additional business qualification (e.g., MBA).

Experience

At least 5 years of professional experience working in Corporate M&A, Transaction Services, or Consulting (with M&A focus) and a proven track record executing M&A projects.

Language Skills

Fluency in English.

Skills

Strong financial modeling and presentation skills with high proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).

Results-oriented and proactive team player with a strong level of autonomy and entrepreneurial approach.

Strong professional standing/gravity in building effective, constructive, and open relationships with all stakeholders.
