Descrizione del Ruolo

Siamo alla ricerca di un Financial Business Partner che si unisca al nostro team di professionisti della banca per contribuire al nostro obiettivo di costruire un ecosistema finanziario sostenibile.

Compiti e Responsabilità
  • Analisi e rappresentazione dei dati finanziari: analizzare e rappresentare efficacemente i fenomeni sottostanti l'andamento aziendale, con particolare riferimento al presidio e monitoraggio delle strutture di staff e dei relativi costi.
  • Gestione del processo di quadratura dei dati gestionali e contabili: assicurare la coerenza e l'accuratezza dei dati gestionali e contabili.
  • Analisi dei dati di costo e investimento: analizzare i dati di costo e investimento e supportare le strutture nella identificazione delle aree di risparmio e nella proposta di azioni correttive per ottimizzare l'utilizzo delle risorse aziendali.
  • Coordinamento delle aree di staff: coordinare le aree di staff per l'esecuzione dei processi di pianificazione e controllo di gestione (budget, forecast, consuntivazione...).
Requisiti e Qualifiche
  • Esperienza di 2-3 anni come Controller: esperienza maturata in gruppi bancari o in società di revisione con focus clienti FSI.
  • Background universitario in Economia indirizzo Finanza o Amministrazione e controllo: background universitario in Economia con indirizzo Finanza o Amministrazione e controllo.
  • Conoscenza dei principi contabili italiani e internazionali: conoscenza dei principi contabili italiani e internazionali (IAS/IFRS, US GAAP).
  • Dimestichezza nell'utilizzo di tool di data visualization: dimestichezza nell'utilizzo di tool di data visualization (es. PowerBI).
  • Capacità di analisi/sintesi di dati e di rappresentazione dei fenomeni complessi: capacità di analisi/sintesi di dati e di rappresentazione dei fenomeni complessi anche attraverso report andamentali dinamici.
  • Perfetta padronanza di Excel e del pacchetto Office: perfetta padronanza di Excel e del pacchetto Office.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese: buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Modalità e Sede di Lavoro

La sede di lavoro sarà a Milano con possibilità di smartworking e presenza fisica a Milano con disponibilità a trasferte presso l'HQ di Biella.
