About the Job
The Front Desk Agent is a critical role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, building relationships with guests, and collaborating with other departments to achieve guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and accounting tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Support other departments in enhancing guest satisfaction.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer service, and previous experience in a similar position. Knowledge of hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications is beneficial.
