Job Summary

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing KSearch and selling its products, services, and bespoke solutions in assigned sectors or accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecast business and market needs, operating on a multicountry or multiproduct basis.
  • Establish key customer relationships with the support of the customer contact strategy.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • May have line management responsibility or assist in training/coaching.

Business Impact

  • Medium-term business strategy and objectives guide this role, with involvement in the formulation and development of future policy.
  • Impact is primarily short-term, with plans developed over the medium term.
  • Assess customer relationships and service level.

Authority/Decision Making

  • Maintain regular senior-level relationships with customers and internally, following the customer contact strategy.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or relevant job experience is highly desirable.

Skills/Experience

  • Significant experience in solutions sales, particularly in the sales environment.
  • Evidence of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sound technical understanding of KSearch's products and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
