Purpose & Impact on Organization:


The Brand Center Assistant Manager has a significant impact on the brand and consumer experience by supporting the Brand Center Senior Manager in managing a high-volume, strategically positioned store.


The role represents the adidas brand and product in the most impactful way, leading the team within a designated area of the Brand Center Store to provide outstanding consumer experience while maintaining high operational and brand standards.


The Brand Center Assistant Manager supports the Senior Manager to work in close collaboration with both the Market and Global teams to support the implementation of the strategic direction of the Brand Center concept in the Market and across the globe.



Driving Brand Experience:

  • Amplify the Brand with every decision and every action
  • Ensure event and VM execution at the highest standards
  • Fuel the Brand passion within the team
  • Support and embody that we are the Brand with retail skills


Driving Store Profitability:


Meet or exceed store sales and profit targets, supporting the management of all resources within the designated area to provide consumers with a leading shopping experience.


Drive the proper execution of established policies, procedures, initiatives, and directives.



Key Abilities:


Business Acumen:



  • Deliver exceptional consumer experience tailored to the Brand Center through ensuring outstanding execution of global brand and retail operational standards
  • Foster a positive culture in the store and support the Senior Manager to enable the team to create a consumer-centered, authentic, active culture in the store
  • Understand the concept and strategic importance of the Brand Center store and think broadly when supporting with the direction of the store team and creating brand advocacy
  • Provide regular input to the Senior Manager to allow for feedback to different departments and global teams to achieve the Brand Center ambition


Leadership and Collaboration:


Key Responsibilities:



  • Support and coach associates within the designated area to drive sales and meet key performance indicators
  • Support Store Management Team to hire, develop, and build high-performing employees
  • Support Senior Manager to foster a collaborative working relationship with both the global and the Market Retail teams
  • Provide constructive feedback to the Senior Manager and wider Retail team on success and feasibility of current and new programs, other initiatives, and specific store needs


Communication and Brand Advocacy:


Key Responsibilities:



  • Communicate and provide visibility on product needs/other operational needs and opportunities to the Senior Manager for the designated area
  • Act as Brand ambassador and partner within the local community to promote brand and store awareness


Employment Requirements:


English fluent: B2 or above (speaking, reading, writing) and fluency in another language is highly desirable.
