Job Title: Contract Logistics Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Logistics Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Kuehne+Nagel. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient order fulfillment process and logistics management of goods to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage receipt and preparation of orders, and supervise the activities of the pharmaceutical logistics center.
  • Utilize our internal WMS for routine activities.
  • Manage complaints and disputes, conducting in-depth analysis and defining improvement actions.
  • Operate in compliance with received directives, approved plans, company and group policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure regularity, quality, and timing of activities necessary for order fulfillment and delivery of goods.
Your Skills and Experiences:
  • Experience in multi-customer logistics in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Time planning and stress management.
  • Resource planning and contingency coordination.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Team working and collaboration.
  • Driver's license.
  • Fluent Italian language skills.
