About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Foreman/Forewoman to join our team at our headquarters in Sant'Agata Bolognese. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing employees and overseeing production processes to achieve assigned objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage production teams and coordinate activities to achieve departmental objectives, including productivity, quality, materials return, injuries prevention, and health status.
- Support Team Leaders in their daily activities and provide guidance on production issues.
- Exercise disciplinary leadership over production employees in your department.
- Organize and reorganize teams as needed, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in daily meetings with Team Leaders to align on production issues, share information, and identify solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on production flows, processes, and products, as well as company organization and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Engineering degree and/or technical/scientific university degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in an automotive/manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Fluent English, Italian, and German language skills (additional languages a plus).
- Good standing and a strong track record of teamwork, relational, and organizational skills.
