Customer Service Representative

QVC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brugherio, Italy. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and assistance to customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the Supervisor CS to achieve customer satisfaction and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work in a part-time schedule, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, distributed over 4 days, with a focus on afternoon and evening shifts.
  • Previous experience in a call center, front office, or back office environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
