The Role

This sales assistant role will be based in Milan, HQ, and involves working as part of our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities:

  1. Hunt and convert leads through various sales channels.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through multiple communication channels (Facebook, Instagram, Zendesk, WhatsApp, phone, etc.).
  3. Maintain an efficient sales pipeline and record of interactions with customers.
  4. Develop expertise on all WeRoad adventures to provide tailored advice to customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Italian native speaker or equivalent language proficiency.
  • Sociable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales and/or customer-facing roles (a plus).
  • A hunger for sales/leads hunting.
  • Availability to work on shift during weekends from March to September.
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and a strong desire to meet targets.
  • Able to transmit energy and personality through online, written, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to achieve results.
  • Love traveling, learning, and meeting new people.
  • Currently based in Milan or willing to relocate.
