Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business development teams to understand customer needs and manage offers and pricing.
- Develop and customize offers based on customer requirements.
- Review and validate offers to ensure alignment with company policies.
- Handle contract drafting and execution, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee invoicing and billing processes, validating invoice details and addressing complex billing inquiries.
- Manage timesheet submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide high-level support for customer inquiries and issues, acting as an escalation point when necessary.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, gathering feedback and recommending improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, identifying and mitigating risks associated with customer contracts and billing processes.
- Experience in customer service or business support, preferably in a senior or advisory capacity.
- Knowledge of business support processes, best practices, and business unit standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
