Administrative Support Advisor

RINA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Advisor to join its team in Genoa, Italy. As a key member of the Consulting Planning, Monitoring & Business Support Division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and high internal customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including formatting and recording proposals, reports, and other documentation.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering stationery and hygiene materials.
  • Enter maintenance tickets and manage supplier qualification.
  • Support customer data management in CRM and prepare documents for visa applications.
  • Manage travel arrangements and internal training courses.
  • Perform document controller duties for projects and maintain agendas.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED in Business Administration or Finance Management.
  • Previous experience in business support, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills, including CRM systems and software tools.
  • Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and a good level of English.
