Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administration & Operations Advisor to join our team in Genoa, Italy. The successful candidate will support the managing administrative employment process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administrative employment process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Collect, draft, and record documentation concerning the whole employment relationship
  • Manage enrolment of interns and manage personnel database software and electronic storage of personnel files
  • Participate in drawing up policy and procedures on HR-related matters
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Economics or Law
  • 0-2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 and English language
  • Detail-oriented and good knowledge of SuccessFactor Software
