As a Sales Director at Centrica Business Solutions, you will be responsible for driving consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue for the East Business Unit (BU). You will provide direct leadership, management, and coaching to the BU sales team, ensuring individual performance is actively managed in accordance with Centrica Business Solutions practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategic plans to achieve sales goals
  • Providing leadership and management to the BU sales team
  • Coordinating resources to ensure stable sales results
  • Collaborating with the Business Unit Manager and Marketing team to establish and control budgets
  • Working with a cross-functional team to secure new business and influence Business Unit and Company strategy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7 years' experience in sales and/or marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
  • Ability to make timely and effective decisions
