Job Purpose

The role is accountable for ensuring the successful deployment of the Continuous Improvement Program, supporting the identification and implementation of site-specific projects aligned with the centrally designed model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Process Improvement, Plant Director, and project teams to identify areas for improvement, aiming to increase overall operations performance in terms of quality, environmental sustainability, safety, output, cost reduction, and MAPE performance.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams, develop and train employees on CI methodology and tools, and promote the diffusion of specific skills, competences, and knowledge within the Company.
  • Identify and systematize significant data related to industrial performance, facilitating benchmark activities and the definition of internal improvement actions.
  • Contribute to the creation and management of the continuous improvement dashboard for the steering committee.
  • Support the development of functional areas, facilitating communication and training activities, and knowledge diffusion of necessary IT tools.
Requirements
  • Master of Science or equivalent degree in Engineering.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is a must.
  • High level of autonomy, proactivity, and engagement.
  • Team orientation and good relational skills.
