About the Role: We are seeking a skilled AI Developer to enhance our AI services at Docebo. This position involves collaborating with the Software Development Manager to ensure timely delivery of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement core AI services for Docebo.
  • Oversee project development and manage practical tasks related to implementation.
  • Collaborate within an Agile, Scrum team alongside backend and frontend developers.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment.
  • Proficient in TDD/BDD, unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
  • Proficient in Python or Node (Typescript + Javascript).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of component-based frontend frameworks (React, Angular 2+).
  • Experience with LangChain and Pydantic libraries in Python.
  • Familiarity with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
