Job Description:

Armani Hotel Milan, a 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of Milan's fashion district, is seeking a skilled Events & Groups Executive to join our Sales & Marketing Department. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this role requires a candidate with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle and execute group bookings, solicit business, and maximize revenue.
  • Conduct site inspections with potential clients.
  • Monitor the status of group bookings and update as necessary.
  • Prepare monthly group summary reports on a daily basis.
  • Create and distribute BEOs and GRCs to relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate group history and track group bookings.
  • Keep the Director of Sales & Marketing informed of any problems or unusual matters.
  • Customize sales approaches and upsell to clients to maximize sales.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team, Revenue, and Reservation teams.
  • Provide a defect-free and memorable experience for all clients.
  • Maintain a professional image and mutual understanding with all hotel departments.
  • Manage general filing systems and designated filings.
  • Deliver the highest standards of service without compromising quality.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with at least 1 year in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with a preferred knowledge of a third language.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
