Client Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee technical operations for our premier clients.
  • Provide technical assistance for both new and existing clients via phone and email concerning all technical facets of their campaigns.
  • Manage all technical challenges related to the initiation and execution of campaigns.
  • Facilitate technical integration between our internal campaign management system and the client's online sales platform.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure exceptional customer service standards.
  • Evaluate and analyze the performance of campaigns.
  • Recommend and implement enhancement strategies for online initiatives.
  • Work in conjunction with our technical support team from the headquarters.

Qualifications:

  • Fundamental understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
  • Experience with debugging tools (e.g., Firebug, web browser consoles) and Google Tag Manager.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in online technology, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities.
  • High motivation level and eagerness to learn.
  • Fluency in Italian and advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
  • Candidate should be based in Milan.
