Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical operations for our premier clients.
- Provide technical assistance for both new and existing clients via phone and email concerning all technical facets of their campaigns.
- Manage all technical challenges related to the initiation and execution of campaigns.
- Facilitate technical integration between our internal campaign management system and the client's online sales platform.
- Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure exceptional customer service standards.
- Evaluate and analyze the performance of campaigns.
- Recommend and implement enhancement strategies for online initiatives.
- Work in conjunction with our technical support team from the headquarters.
Qualifications:
- Fundamental understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
- Experience with debugging tools (e.g., Firebug, web browser consoles) and Google Tag Manager.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in online technology, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities.
- High motivation level and eagerness to learn.
- Fluency in Italian and advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
- Candidate should be based in Milan.
