About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service & Administrative Assistant to join our team at Eppendorf. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer files and portfolios, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and CRM, providing timely and effective support.
- Process client requests, orders, and invoices, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
- Collaborate with technicians, account managers, and quality department to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards in SAP and CRM systems.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office automation software, ERP (SAP), and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
