Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service & Administrative Assistant to join our team at Eppendorf. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for managing customer files, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining our company's brand image.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administrative Management: Manage customer files for our service portfolio, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Client Interface: Communicate with customers, process client requests, and maintain client information.
  • Technical Interface: Collaborate with technicians, including programming SAP codes, informing technicians of client tickets, and tracking ticket status.
  • Account Management: Interface with Account Managers, sending estimates and providing information on client accounts.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in current office automation software, ERP (SAP), and CRM.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English language skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Client Focus: Ability to listen to and summarize client needs.
