Your Role:

As a Service & Administrative Assistant at Eppendorf, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer files and ensuring accurate and timely processing of requests.
  • Communicating with clients through various channels, including email and phone.
  • Updating client information in our CRM system and processing orders and invoices.
  • Collaborating with our technical team to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Working closely with our Account Managers to provide clients with estimates and other necessary information.

Your Expertise:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in office automation software, ERP systems, and CRM.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Good writing skills and the ability to summarize client needs effectively.
  • A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
