Your role

As a Service & Administrative Assistant at Eppendorf, you will be responsible for the administrative management of customer files for the service portfolio (pipettes and instrumentation). Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer files and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including email and phone.
  • Processing customer requests and orders, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Collaborating with technicians and account managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Respecting QMS policies and working in collaboration with the quality department and colleagues.

Your expertise

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You have excellent computer literacy and are proficient in using current office automation software, ERP (SAP), and CRM.
  • You have a very good English level and are able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong customer service focus.
