Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Eppendorf. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer files and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to resolve inquiries and issues.
  • Process client requests and orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and send estimates, invoices, and other documents to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and sales performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
  • Proficiency in using current office automation software, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
