Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Manage complex business expenses, reconcile corporate card charges, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with internal associates, external contacts, and senior business leaders.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve work processes and contribute to the growth of the organization.
