About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team & Office Coordinator to support our leadership team and manage the day-to-day activities of our office.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and contributing to various projects and initiatives across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the leadership team with organizational and administrative tasks, including managing appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Contribute to various projects and initiatives across departments, utilizing your skills and experience to drive results.
  • Be the go-to person for both office staff and field teams, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Streamline office processes, optimize workflows, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all employees.
  • Handle day-to-day tasks, including purchase orders, invoices, and liaison with HR, Finance, and IT teams.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial education, university degree, or comparable qualification.
  • 2-5 years of experience in office management or a related role.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Windows Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
