Job Summary
The role of Administrative Support Specialist at Indosuez Wealth Management involves providing high-level administrative support to our Wealth Managers in managing HNWI and UHNWI clients. The main activities carried out by the resource include:
- Providing administrative support, including handling telephone calls, managing emails and mail
- Supporting Wealth Managers in the preparation of client meetings, ensuring compliance of client files, portfolio situations, reports, and sales documentation
- Responding promptly to client queries regarding account history and information available in the bank's internal system
- Entering account opening and closing operations into the system
- Ensuring the correct and efficient execution of client instructions and Wealth Manager requests
- Following up on transaction settlements
- Monitoring client accounts daily and informing Wealth Managers of any particular events
- Preparing standard or customized reports for clients with Wealth Manager approval
- Participating in the preparation of credit applications and periodic reviews of credit dossiers
- Performing KYC processes and regularly checking client file compliance with regulations and procedures
About the Role
This position involves extensive telephone contact with clients, developing commercial support relationships, and careful administration of client activities with Indosuez. The role also requires constant contact with central teams of the parent company in Luxembourg.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Italian as a mother tongue, English fluent, and French desirable
- Confidentiality, good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive approach, teamwork attitude, accuracy, and sense of responsibility
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or management is required, with a previous experience in Private Banking/Wealth Management being a plus.
