About the Role

Rina is seeking a talented Strategic Innovation Leader to join its Global Strategic Initiatives Division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving innovation and growth within a multinational organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainable growth and innovation within the company.
  2. Analyze financial reports and identify new business models with high potential.
  3. Prepare reports for company management and top leadership on innovation initiatives and their impact.
  4. Interface with venture capital investment funds to analyze financial aspects of corporate investments.
  5. Represent the company as a bridge between external partners and internal stakeholders, promoting innovation and growth.
  6. Identify market trends and customer needs to translate them into innovative business opportunities.
  7. Research, visualize, and validate ideas, developing implementation strategies within the company processes.
  8. Support the executive management board in developing and implementing the company's growth strategy.
  9. Engage with innovation ecosystems, including research institutions, trade organizations, accelerators, and national and regional business support organizations.
  10. Scan the environment for emerging trends, technologies, and potential disruptions, interacting with start-ups, investment funds, accelerators, and incubators.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering.
  • Proven experience in the innovation ecosystem, including venture capital, investment funds, corporate venture capital, and corporates.
  • Purpose-driven mindset and ability to take ownership of projects.
  • Intercept business models and develop business for both start-ups and established companies.
  • Innovative and creative approach, enthusiasm, and assertiveness.
  • Interest in trends and innovations, as well as an affinity for new technologies.
  • Creative thinking and risk-taking within the organization.
  • International and multidimensional work experience.
  • Significant experience in transversal roles, interacting with people from multiple backgrounds.
