Administrative Assistant to the Head of Team

Job Summary:
Adecco Credit Banking is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Head of Team in the Italian Branch of a prestigious investment bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general secretarial tasks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the agenda and screen telephone calls for the Head of Team and the team
- Ensure documentation is ready and available on time for conference calls and meetings
- Provide general support on various tasks as needed
- Support the organization of meetings, conference calls, and client events
- Coordinate webex facility/room bookings and organize business trips
Requirements:
- Fluent English, both written and oral
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Excel
Contract:
6/12 months initial contract with possibility of stabilization
CCNL:
Credito, RAL to be evaluated based on seniority
Location:
Milan city center
